The AI Guyz (theaiguyz.com) is a Mark Stiles Marketing LLC brand. We run digital diagnostics for small businesses — website, listings, search rankings, and AI visibility — and carry out the repairs those diagnostics call for. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your free Digital Score request — the name and email you enter to receive your results.
• Your Digital Diagnosis questionnaire — your name, business name, email, phone, website address, social media pages, the areas you want evaluated, and anything you tell us about the problems you are running into. We use this to scope your report.
• Purchase information — checkout is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details to complete the order. We never see or store your card number.
• Messages you send us — if you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
• Public information about your business — a diagnosis examines what is already published about you: your website, your listings, your search results, and how AI tools describe you. We gather that from public sources, not from your private systems.
• Site analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through our sites. It records anonymous technical data such as pages visited, referring source, and browser type. The AI Guyz shares a measurement setup with markstiles.ai, markstilesmarketing.com, and fixmycrmfast.com, so a visit that crosses between those sites is counted once rather than several times. Our hosting also keeps standard server logs.

Access to your accounts

A diagnosis is read-only — we do not need a login to run one. If you hire us for repairs, you may choose to give us temporary access to a site, listing, or account so we can do the agreed work. We use that access only for the work you approved, we do not share it, and we ask you to remove it once the work is finished.

What we do with it

• Produce and deliver the report or the repairs you purchased.
• Answer your questions and provide support before and after the work.
• Send occasional updates if you asked for them — every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
• We do not send spam or share your email with advertisers.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe and analytics are provided by Google. Each maintains its own privacy policy. Links from our site to other companies' tools or resources take you to sites we do not control.

Your choices

You can ask us anytime to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email us — we will take care of it promptly. California residents and residents of other states with privacy laws have these rights by statute; we extend them to everyone.

Children

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
