Straight answers before you start.

What if the fix costs more than I expect?+

You will not be billed for open-ended work. The Digital Diagnosis gets you a full written report. If repairs are recommended, they are quoted flat, and you approve that price before anything else happens. Standard repair projects start at $899. If your situation turns out to be bigger than a standard repair, that becomes its own clearly scoped agreement you sign off on, never a surprise on an existing invoice.

Is my website and data safe with AI involved?+

Nothing is left to an unsupervised system. AI tools help scan and organize what is already public far faster than manual review alone, but Mark reviews every finding before it reaches you. The Diagnosis itself is read-only. We never log into or change anything on your live site or accounts without your written approval.

Why should I trust an AI-assisted review?+

Fair question. You are hiring an experienced marketer who uses good tools to move faster, not a bot working alone. Every report, every recommendation and every fix has Mark's name on it.

What if I only want the report?+

That is fine. The report is written to be useful on its own, and plenty of owners take it to their existing web person. There is no obligation to buy repairs from us.

Do you fix CRM problems too?+
